Fundamental policy on personal information protection
At Strike Group Co., Ltd., we understand the importance of personal information and recognize our social responsibility to protect it. We are committed to complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to properly acquire, use, and manage the personal information we handle.
Information security system
We have established a dedicated Security Team within our Information Systems Department. This team regularly audits the Group's security posture and implements continuous improvement measures to mitigate information security risks.
For example, the team proactively monitors employee access logs and conducts detailed investigations into any anomalous activity. They also execute external risk assessments to continuously inform and enhance our defensive measures.
Furthermore, the Security Team is responsible for our incident response protocol, operating year-round to immediately address risks such as lost or compromised devices.
Information security measures
In March 2024, we obtained ISO 27001 certification—the international standard for information security management systems—to provide our clients with the highest levels of assurance and trust.
Additionally, comprehensive information security training is conducted quarterly for all employees by external experts, complete with verification tests to ensure high security awareness.
During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024, we also conducted targeted phishing simulation training twice to prevent information leaks and virus infections. The simulated attack open rate dropped dramatically from 37.4% in the first session to 15.5% in the second, clearly demonstrating the program’s effectiveness.
